Can I start with a business problem rather than a technical brief?+
Yes. Tell us what is getting in the way: missed enquiries, repeated admin, disconnected tools or customers struggling to order, book or contact you. We review the process and recommend a practical scope. The answer may be a focused improvement, an integration, automation, a website or custom software—not necessarily a whole new system.
Can I see a preview before committing and paying?+
Yes. First we discuss your business, requirements and an indicative budget. We can then prepare an initial private preview so you can assess our proposed direction before contracting and paying. It is an initial concept, not a promise to deliver a complete website free of charge. If you like the direction, we agree the scope, costs, milestones, revisions, exclusions and payment terms in writing. Publication and handover take place under those agreed terms.
Can you work with my budget?+
We shape the scope around your requirements, priorities and budget. We recommend realistic deliverables, explain the trade-offs and can plan larger requirements in stages. We confirm costs before work begins rather than promising every feature at any budget.
What can a landing page or improvement project include?+
A responsive page for an agreed goal, using your supplied content and assets, or a defined set of improvements to an existing site. Your proposal sets out the exact sections or tasks, revision rounds, SEO foundations, contact journey, checks and handover. Additional content, paid assets and integrations are scoped separately.
Can you improve my existing website instead of rebuilding it?+
Yes. Share your current website and what is not working for your business or customers. We assess whether targeted improvements, selected page redesigns or a rebuild are more suitable. Access, compatibility, data and technical constraints are reviewed before we agree the scope.
Is development a one-time cost? What about hosting and maintenance?+
Development has a one-time cost for the agreed scope; payment milestones are defined in writing. Domain registration, hosting and monthly maintenance are separate services, with their own periods, renewals and scope. The proposal also identifies any premium assets, licences, external services, applicable taxes and additional charges. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted before being carried out.
Have you worked with a business like mine?+
Our client work covers different sectors, including vehicle parts, industrial tools, wellness and other services. We may have built something relevant to your requirement already. We review useful examples with you and adapt the approach to your business rather than assuming every industry needs the same solution.
Do you work with businesses across Delhi NCR?+
Yes. We work with businesses in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and the wider NCR, as well as other locations. Project communication, meetings and review milestones are agreed together.
Do you also provide digital marketing, SEO and GEO?+
Yes. We can discuss SEO, GEO, Google Ads and social media around your audience, goals and budget. Marketing has its own scope and cost, separate from website development. Campaign management and media paid to advertising platforms are itemised independently. Search positions, AI citations, enquiry volumes and sales are not guaranteed.
Will the website work on mobile and appear in Google?+
We plan and review mobile and desktop experiences. Agreed SEO foundations can include useful page titles, descriptions, headings, structure and public-page indexing. This does not guarantee a search position or a fixed number of enquiries. Ongoing SEO, GEO and advertising have separate scopes.
What happens after I send my enquiry?+
We review your challenge and contact you to clarify goals, priorities and an indicative budget. We can prepare a private initial preview for a suitable website brief, then a proposal detailing deliverables, revisions, milestones, cost and exclusions. You may also book a call directly without writing a detailed brief. Submitting the form does not create an order, charge you or commit you to a contract.
