Optional website measurement
When enabled, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity help us understand website use, while Google Ads measures enquiries from advertising. These optional tools only load after you choose the relevant permission in Cookie preferences.
With advertising permission, eligible Google Ads visits may show a Google forwarding number in place of our business phone number, including the number dialled by phone buttons. Calls still reach our team. Google uses call details such as connection time and duration to measure received calls separately from phone-button clicks. This website setup does not enable call recording, and WhatsApp continues to use our ordinary business number. Without advertising permission, our ordinary business number remains available. Withdrawing permission stops further number replacement and reloads the page to restore the ordinary number.
With analytics permission, we measure public-page views, scroll milestones, active time on a visible page, section and catalogue views, navigation, service filters, media use and contact-button clicks. We also record general form and email-verification stages to identify usability problems, not the email address, verification code, answers or message. Limited anonymous interaction batches are sent to our own website reporting service as well as the permitted tools. Search text and chat content are not included.
With optional measurement permission, we keep a limited first- and last-source history on your device for up to 30 days so an enquiry can retain its source when you browse between pages. It contains public landing-page paths, campaign labels and a referring website domain, not your contact details or a complete browsing history. Advertising click identifiers are retained only with advertising permission. Declining or withdrawing permission clears this optional history.
When you submit an enquiry, the available source information is saved with it in our private lead inbox to help our team respond and understand which campaigns are useful. Phone numbers, email addresses, messages and chat transcripts stay out of our analytics and advertising event payloads.
Tracking is limited to Zen Webnet’s public marketing pages, not login, checkout, billing, dashboards or customer workspaces. We do not send your enquiry details to these tools. Clarity masks forms and chat content. With both analytics and advertising permission, Clarity can record paid visits whose page or referring address contains a recognised Google Ads click identifier or bounded Google campaign metadata. Advertising identifiers may therefore appear in Clarity’s page and referral metadata. Unrecognised campaign values, sensitive queries and private addresses remain excluded. Reviewed public campaign labels, supported language choices and ordinary section links are allowed.
Browser recording and tracking scripts stay off checkout and private screens. If you have explicitly allowed analytics, our server may report a newly confirmed course purchase, ZenGiant subscription payment or activated trial to Google Analytics. This contains the product category, currency, amounts and an opaque transaction reference, never your name, email, phone, address, invoice number or payment credentials. An unpaid order or bank-transfer upload is not a sale. These reports require our server connection to be enabled; they do not replay historical orders.
Our own interaction reports retain daily aggregate counts for up to 90 days, not individual visitor histories. Withdrawing analytics permission blocks future queued server events for that browser. Events already sent cannot be recalled by a cookie-setting change.
Email verification codes are used only to confirm access to the email address supplied on a public form. They expire after ten minutes, cannot be reused and are never included in website measurement. A code-send acceptance event does not confirm inbox delivery. Providing a phone number does not yet verify ownership of that number.
You can reject optional tracking or change your choices at any time. Reducing permissions reloads the page to stop tools already loaded. Essential account and security storage is not removed.
